Cannabis seeds importation possession or selling is not regulated by law according to the Stupefying Unilateral Treaty signed in Vienna in 1961.

In some countries, in Spain for example, the cannabis seeds growing by companies, associations or individuals without permission it could be constitutive of crime. (art. 25.1 Organic Law of citizens’ Security and Art. 368 Penal Code). Seed selling is only allowed for industrial uses, collection o genetic preservation

In other countries where authorization is necessary in order to export the seeds, both companies and individuals must report in time to Datura about this obligation.

On the other side our dealers and costumers are not allowed to use our seeds for illegal uses or make apology against the law. In this case anyone has his own responsibility

We would advise to our costumers that the traffic with cannabis seeds is illegal in the USA, Germany, France and some other countries.

Datura does not assume any responsibility if you use our seeds in an illegal way.
